Welborn Homes
MDA were approached by Welborn Homes in November 2007 to review an existing proposal for a 5 bedroom family house in Sheffield. The existing proposal had a conditional planning approval and some excavation work had already commenced on the site.
MDA prepared revised proposals, tidying the elevations of the property and developing their material finish, whilst reshuffling the internal and external plan arrangement of the property to maximise the space available on the site and the views out across the valley at the front and private areas to the rear. Locally sourced stone coursework and a textured render finish is proposed to the elevations. The revised proposal was approved with no objections or further conditions.
Construction work has commenced on site with an anticipated completion in October 2009.
