Bellows Mill
MDA are currently preparing proposals for the substantial refurbishment and extension of a grade II listed water mill, in close collaboration with the client and the local conservation officer.
Having been extended and altered over many years the internal rooms of the mill are warren like and much of the original character has been hidden from view. The designs aim to rationalise the internal arrangement of the property and expose the existing features, creating a modern living arrangement in this individual home.
Works are currently in planning submission.
