MDA have been commissioned to provide full architectural services for the substantial extension of a unique private residence on the edge of the Cotswolds. The property is half buried in the ground and environmentally responsive to its local rural environment with natural sustainable solutions to ventilation, heating and insulation.
Planning consent was achieved without objection or condition following a detailed submission supported by an ecological survey. Works have been tendered and prices agreed with site works commencing in March 2011.
